1. The Service

CashMap is a financial education and planning tool. We are not a bank, financial advisor, or lender. The "Sandbox Simulator" provides mathematical projections based on user input. These projections are for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.

2. Privacy & Data (The "No-Peeking" Rule)

We prioritize your privacy.

• No Bank Logins: We do not require or store your online banking credentials.

• User Data: Data entered into the Simulator is stored securely. We do not sell your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to third-party advertisers.

• Aggregated Data: We may use anonymized, aggregated data (e.g., "Zip Code 27260") to generate "Heat Maps" for our institutional partners. By using the Service, you consent to this anonymized usage.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use CashMap for lawful purposes only. You will not use the Service to attempt to defraud financial institutions or misrepresent your financial status to third parties.

4. Limitation of Liability

CashMap, Inc. is not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on the Service. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of your financial data before making payments to creditors.

5. Beta Access

During the Beta phase, the Service is provided "as-is." We make no warranties regarding uptime or feature availability.
